These are the terms that govern your use of wristshift.com and your purchase of any Wristshift product.
About
Wristshift designs and sells a precision wrist adapter, a cradle and bracelet, that lets you wear a Swiss pocket watch on your wrist. We are an independent maker. We are not affiliated with the watch brand.
Pre-orders
Wristshift is sold on a pre-order basis until production is complete. By placing a pre-order you authorize us to charge your card today for the full amount. Your order ships in late June 2026. If shipping is delayed we will email you and offer a full refund.
You can cancel and refund your pre-order at any time before we ship. Reply to your Stripe receipt or email hello@wristshift.com with your order number.
Pricing and shipping
The pre-order price is €99 per item. Shipping is free within the European Union. International shipping is €25 flat. Prices include VAT for EU destinations. Customers in other regions are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs charges levied by their country.
Returns and refunds
For pre-orders, you have until shipment to request a full refund. After shipment, EU customers have fourteen days from delivery to return the item for a refund under EU consumer protection rules. The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
Return shipping within the EU is on us. Return shipping from elsewhere is at the customer’s cost. Refunds land within five business days of receipt at our workshop.
Intellectual property
Wristshift, the Wristshift logo, product photography, and the website copy are owned by Oscar Devos. The pocket watch that this product is designed to hold is not made by us and is not depicted on this site.
Liability
We will do everything reasonable to ship a working product on time and in good condition. If something goes wrong, our liability is limited to the price you paid for the product. We are not liable for incidental or consequential damages.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Belgian law. Any dispute that cannot be resolved between us will be brought before the courts of Brussels.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top changes when we do. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
