This privacy policy describes how Wristshift handles personal information you share with us through wristshift.com.
Who we are
Wristshift is operated by Oscar Devos in Belgium. Contact: hello@wristshift.com.
What we collect
Waitlist signups. When you submit your email address through the waitlist form, we store it with our email service provider Resend so we can let you know when the product is ready.
Pre-orders. When you place a pre-order, Stripe collects your name, email address, billing address, shipping address, phone number if you provide one, and payment details. We never see or store your card information. Stripe is PCI compliant.
Analytics. We use Vercel Analytics to count page views and Meta Pixel to measure ad performance. Vercel Analytics is cookieless and anonymous. Meta Pixel sets cookies and tracks events such as page views, waitlist signups, and pre-order intent. If you would rather not be tracked, you can disable cookies in your browser or use a content blocker.
How we use it
We use your email to send order updates and product launch notifications. We use your shipping information to deliver your order. We use analytics to understand which pages and channels drive interest, so we know where to focus.
Who we share it with
Stripe for payments. Resend for waitlist email. Vercel for hosting and analytics. Meta for ad measurement. Cloudflare for DNS and email routing. We do not sell your data.
How long we keep it
Waitlist emails until you unsubscribe. Pre-order data for accounting and warranty purposes, typically seven years. Analytics data is retained per the platform defaults.
Your rights
If you live in the European Union you have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your data, and to lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority. Email hello@wristshift.com and we will respond within thirty days.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top changes when we do.
